Just got some of the new carbon barrels. They are really nice. If they shoot like their steel barrels it will be a really nice rifle. Should finish sub 3lbs for a 26” #5 contour. I’ll follow back up after load development.

I’m pretty sure these might be wrapped by Pederson Precision LLC. He has a Facebook page. I think he wraps a couple other brands of barrels too. Or did you get this barrel directly from Benchmark?

TS Customs supplied my barrel so not sure who wraps it. I just know it shoots!
The cold bore shift is much less than another one my carbon barrels from another manufacturer.

Love it, “just now it shoots”!
Hey, at the end of the day I don't care who's name is on the barrel as long as it performs!! I left it up to the smith to pick the manufacturer, last thing they want is a call back or unhappy customer. But, I will say every once in a while you can get a bad barrel from even the top notch barrel manufacturer.
