Any tips to keep the smaller cases from falling over? They are falling with and without the flame. Not an issue with larger cases, only the smaller ones like the 223 AI.
 
Small holes would be nice, just don't see that option:

o crap yes mine has two holes check with the mfg you could drill some holes in it if you can get the timeing right for the brass to drop out
 
Can you use a 'bushing' in the bigger hole to hold the 223 brass....
Maybe make them from old shotgun brass....
I was thinking similar after reading Yankees post. I tried a few washers but it wasn't doing much good.

I did turn it to about 6 seconds and for some reason that functioned much better w less than 10% falling but I then had to pull the flame back and make it smaller to not overheat.
 
You can buy a newer design plate that has two different sets of holes and also tear drop holes to hold the case in place better.
 
Thank you. I left a voicemail this morning. Couldn't find any plate replacement options on their website but maybe they will call tomorrow. Much appreciated for each of your help.
