Bedding Vanguard in Boyd's stock

Clean it up job done and mounted the scope

I got to the range. Re-zero'd the scope with some old 168gr Accubond LR's.
I tried some VLD's from Choice Ammunition and 160gr Vor-Tx TSX

The Accubond's shot the best group, 1.1". Not my best group. I shot a cold bore dead bullseye after I zero'd it and let it cool.

I still hate the trigger. I ordered a Timney for it

I changed the trigger to the Timney from the stock trigger
Got back to the range this evening and shot groups with 168 VLD, 168 Accubond LR and 162 ELD-X

VLD

Accubond

Eld-X (Not bad for factory ammo)

After shooting that group with Eld-X I adjusted my zero, let the rifle cool down and shot this bullseye cold bore to confirm
