BC for common LR bullets?

How about posting the most common BC range for standard LR bullets if you have them worked up. Sure each gun is different but gives you something to start from and a range that they should be in. Obviously this list is not complete, but some of the most common. Add the others and BC.

Hey Len, this info once compiled might be used to start a "Reference" section of common LR bullets, BCs, LR gunsmiths, tapes, books on LR hunting, other suppliers etc.

Also 7mm 156 Cauterucio....Also, I believe his 180 is actually 176.

The 300 gr 338 BC comes out to right at .787 to almost .800 at 3150 to 3300 FPS.

These are numbers that are published for the bullets by the Mfgr.

Darryl, Thats Sierra's numbers on the 338's. I just posted them for reference.

As for Bergers numbers, I shot the 6.5's 7's and 30's and I'd say they are very close to the truth. Close enough that I don't think anyone should care anyhow. Sorry Fatboy, I did oops on the 6.5 and put the 300 Sierra's numbers there. I'll fix that. Should be 633.

I talked with Sierra shortly after they came out with those numbers and at the speed I was getting from the 300 gr they said it would be close to .800 BC for that bullet.

I run it at .797 BC for my drops and it works out perfect.

The Cauterucio .284 176 grainer was (according to Bob C) tested by Boots Obermeyer at .740-.750 @ 2,700fps. Over 2,700fps, the BC gets over .8, according to a S.Cal. shooter/author - FWIW.
