Battleship bino eyepieces

I have a Pair of 20x120 battleship bino,s that were hyped up to 28x120 by a man in Pa. bad thing is I fell with them this year and broke one of the eyepieces, The guy that hyped them up passed a long time ago, I remember him saying the eyepieces came from a periscope,any help would be appricated thanks Bob
