Bases for Kelby rings??

Is there a long range base with extra minutes built in for Kelby rings? This is for a Remington long action.

He makes a 30 MOA base for M700's with either a Picatinny or Kelbly rail. Good luck getting in touch with him, I have struck out several times over the last two weeks.
