For sale is a Bartlein #3 contour 7mm 1:8 twist barrel that was purchased from and spiral fluted by Southern Precision Rifles (aka Bugholes).

Barrel blank is 29" in length and fluted length can be seen in picture (finish length 26"+).

Yes, they can cut it down to a minimum 26" finish length.

At 26 inches before fluting it weighs ~3.95 pounds. The #3 and the 3B are my two favorite barrels. For day-to-day deer rifles they balance well.
