I never heard of these scopes, so I did a google search for them. Concidering the Barska scopes retail for well under a $100.00 even when they have all the bells and whistles, I would imagine quality is extremely poor.
Instead, for a budget purchase, I would recommend that you purchase the Bushnell Model 3200 10x40 Mildot scope. http://www.riflescopes.com have them for $189.00 http://www.bearbasin.com/ have them for $179.00
With each sales outlet you will also get a coupon for a $100.00 gear bag.

Nice glass, nice reticle, large amount of adjustment. It will get you up and running with a good mildot scope, then down the road, you can invest in a higher quality scope when finances allow.
