Tactical Match chamber, Bartlein #2 contour, 22" 5r 8 twist. Spiral fluted, Nitrided inside and out, threaded 1/2x28.

I have bought tikka actions for as low as $300 actually.. if a guy needed money or didn't know what he had I'd say $450 could happen... not sure why this is on us for poor wording?

I've seen you ask this question on many many posts. If you're only interested in the top tier smiths with national reputations , then this isn't for you.
