Is there a guide for barrel contours?


.840 at the muzzle
1.25 at the lug

what contour would this be

Shilen's LV Light Varmint contour is .840 at the muzzle and 1.220 at the rear and a standard Remington Sendero/Varmint contour is .830 on the end and 1.250 at the lug. Not exactly what you are looking for, but they're close. gun)

All the manufactures I've looked at have a contour lay out page illustrating all their offered dimensions. Have you even tried going to a barrel maker's website and researching this at all?

They all have different contours but what you listed is pretty close to a remington varmint or sendero contour as mentioned.
