Barrel Break-In & COL????

I am going shooting tommorow with my new Savage 112BVSS 7mm Mag, and am going to handload 168 gr. Sierra MK's over 66.5 grs. H4831, with Norma cases, and Federal 215M primers.

Need some help. First, how should I go about breaking in the barrel? I have Hoppes BenchRest solvent and all the cleaning equipment. Second, what COL should I set my die to ensure 1.5" groups or less?
