Wish I had the pics but the 208 gr LRX was shot in ballistic gel yesterday at 700 yds 5700' elev in about 35-40 F deg temps from a 300 Norma Mag. Expansion was phenomenal.....gel was a 24" long block and it went through it and into a 2nd block. Temp cavity was about 8"+. Hopefully, i'll get a chance this Fall to use it on a big bull. 1000+ yds won't be an issue.

That kind of Expansion with penetration and with that BC, very impressive. That could be a do-it-all 300 mag bullet if your rifle likes it.
Do you think it will stabilize in a 1-10 ?

Looking for updates on this thread. Have you shot groups until paper at distance? Did you kill an elk with it? What MV are you getting? I want to shoot this bullet out of my 300 PRC. Also interested in your stock.

Alan, do you mind sharing your accuracy and/or hunting load with 300 Norma with the 208 gr. LRX?
In particular, I am interested in your barrel length, the powder you are using, COAL, and muzzle velocity (I can extrapolate the powder charge from there and work up for testing). I would appreciate it, thank you sir - Chris
