Started the process mid January on my second suppressor through SC. First one was a slow and bumpy 2-3 month process before the ATF got what was needed from them. I figured it was a fluke. My second silencer was in stock at Mack Brothers the day I ordered as verified by two people via phone calls at MB (they said they had plenty of the model I wanted in stock and that they don’t sell many so it would not change any time soon). Almost 3 mos in to waiting, I was worried about problems as I hadn't gotten my serial number and “submission to ATF email” from SC. A phone call to SC verified exactly what I thought in that they said they still don’t have the suppressor serial number. They said MB must still be manufacturing the suppressor and that it probably wasn’t in stock when I ordered. SC has a great and simple process to get your orders/money, but have no sense of urgency and really just don’t care once step one is complete. They rely on the ATF wait time to be a buffer to mask the failures in their own processes. I’m beyond frustrated. Can’t wait to get another redneck “Dakota Silencer” shirt to make up for the problems. buyer beware
