I purchased an item from Ted. However, after a few research, I discovered some issues that he too was unaware as he bought the said item from a friend (IIRC).
We ALL wish and hope for a smooth transaction but what happens when it falls short. Ted and I have a quite a few PM exchanges but eventually have it resolved.
The bottom-line, it takes a two-way communication and for both parties willingness to resolve the issue. I learn that Ted has the best intentions to make the transaction smooth to begin with and the utmost integrity and honesty to make it right.
