Ballistic app not same as the shot? Help

This seems to be going nowhere. I suggest you do the following. Shoot a target at 100yd zeroed. Set up another target (or the same one and shoot 3 rounds WITHOUT changing anything on the scope. Determine the center of the group and measure from point of aim. With that data we can work on the app issues.

I Iooked at a scope you quoted on your previous post. It shows in MILs, not MOA. Is MILs what you have? It should say on the scope adjustments. If so, each click is part of a mil. usual clicks are .1 mils, .36 inches at 100 yards.
Can you verify you have either?

It's a 1/8 clicks MOA scope Trijicon 5-50x56 tenmile It's not listed in the app. So I input the closet there was a 5-25x50 ten mile 1/8 MOA We are heading to the range now to shoot over the chronograph and reconfirm the 100 yard zero and get actual velocity numbers.

After going through rechecking all information here is what we're working with. Now velocity we used is what it took to match actual shot.

3 shot group at 100 yards no adjustments made. So the zero is correct. Now going to chronograph

What does your ballistic data show for vertical correction at 150 yds with 2502 fps?

Up .7 clicks with 1/8 clicks

So if you zero at 100 and shoot at 150 without touching your vertical adjustment, your shots are how low from 100 yard shots?

JBM gives about 1.3" drop or ~.9 MOA 7-8 clicks.

Just wanted to say thanks for all the help with this. Life got in the way again and won't be able to shoot for a while. I think we figured it out now that we have hard velocity numbers. Will definitely post results when we get to shoot again.
