In my opinion Hodgen has once again been conservative, this time with the velocity differences with RL22. I have personallly tested way over 100 fps difference between hot and cold in my 3000WM and 7 RM top loads.

But... RL22 continues to be one of my favorite target rifle powders.
( I just can't hunt with it. )
