Yes, v3 has Bluetooth. That was The major grade between 2 and 3. I'm running v3 right now but looking forward to getting the v4. Right now it appears that v3 with the new(er) ingenuity precision trickler appears to be the preferred setup if speed is your goal.

I traded my 3 for a 4 because the guy wanted that setup over the 4 and I cannot get the 4 because Adam is so backlogged with orders.

Sorry, I got windy but don't drop this price anymore, it's a smoking deal for someone.
