Are there reamers to lengthen neck lengths only?

I'm wondering if there are reamers to lengthen neck lengths? If I use a longer piece of brass and size it down to the intended cartridge it gives a longer neck length (I believe around .350 neck length) which is ideal to me. I Posted this on another forum as well waiting for any response. If I make 308 norma magnum brass from 300 winchester mag brass, I get a nice long neck length. I am trying to see if it's a simple fix to just lengthen the neck and not have to get a new match reamer or expensive dies.Thanks.

Yes there are. You will also need to recut the throat. Greg Tannel has reamers to do what you want. Others probably do too.
