I have seen and heard some really good results about the crossover symmetry system. You could probably accomplish the same thing with different sets of resistance bands if you had the exercises down. They of course will get you with their certain program... I do CrossFit to stay in shape and have seen some folks make remarkable recoveries from rotator cuff/shoulder issues and lift some serious weight over their heads with the help of the crossover symmetry bands. I don't think its anything the PT's haven't already been doing, it's just a package with a regimented program to follow. Might be worth trying if you have exhausted other options..
