WITH A HORUS RETICLE AND IMMEDIATE SECOND SHOT

In 7mm is there a short action casing that will move a 195 berger out of a 24" barrel @2900?

30 cal short action 215 @ 2900? Out of 24" barrel?

338 225grn short action @2900 out of 24" barrel?

I have limited barrel to 24" max because on a ar platform its just ungainly...

Weird for me to say as I think a ruger or winchesyer is perfect with a 30" cf wrapped barrel AND a 3" muzzele brake!!!
