I shoot an Alexander Arms 6.5 Grendel with a 24" Schillen barrel on an AR lower I built that will drill Sierra 80gr HP's into one ragged hole at 3200fps.......hits coyotes with authority.

The 6.5 Grendel seems like the logical choice, with factory ammo and all. The dtec is very similar to the 22 PDK. I got mine from White Oak Armarmet a few years ago and love it. It's 6.8 necked down and improved and will get 3700+ with a 50gr and 3500+ with a 68gr bthp in a 20 inch upper. It's very accurate and anchors coyotes with athuority. I use a 2.5-10 IOR scope, on low for calling and turn it up and dial in for the long ones. It is a very fun rig.

Looks like the bolt is larger than the standard AR bolt. (I would think it would have to be).
