Anyone use Arm or Ally lately?

Placed an order last week during our sheep hunt and two of us got tracking info only to see that the package was cancelled by the shipper.
No reply outside of an auto response to a 24 hour old email inquiring, and a google search came up with a phone number but only got voice mail that has not been returned.
Anyone use them recently?

They have been around, I've used them but not in the recent past.
Strange to get tracking number and then having the tracking show cancelled by shipper
