NRA-ILA :: National Right-to-Carry Reciprocity Act Scheduled for House Floor on Tuesday

I think it was in committee for a while and is now out.

The way I read this bill is that if you travel to a state that allows concealed carry you also have that right provided that you are properly licensed in your state of residence. If that state you travel to does not have concealed carry, neither do you. It only forces reciprocity among the states that have concealed carry whether or not they choose to recognize the state that you are from.
