Anyone shooting the 177 hammers?

I'm building with a 8.4 twist proof, and hammer says 8 or better. Anyone tried em with less twist then 8 in the 7mm?

how far do you shoot and what velocities are you getting to? I'm kinda thinking of chambering in 7 sherman short
