I really doubt that you can as they are an intergrated part of the BT bullets.

thats what i figured until today a guy at a store said his bud got them from cabelas?? but i could not find them there((suprise)) googled it and a reloading site had a guy that said he found them SOMEWHERE for 2 cents each.
