Anyone have load data for RL 26 in 308 win?

Anyone have load data for reloader 26 in 308 Winchester ? I'm not getting the velocity I want with varget, case is stuffed full, still no pressure signs and not as fast as I want. I have a big jug of rl 26 and it has done amazing things in other calibers including 6.5cm so I'm thinking it should work for 308.

RL 26 is not recommended for the .308, but RL 15 will do what you want. What bullet weight are you loading for?

Rl 26 is too slow for a .308, even with heavies. I am 100%+ load density in a .260 AI with a 156 grain EOL

I don't think you could get enough Reloader-26 powder in a 308 Win case to give performance.Looks like the powders just below 4350 burn rate would work best.Here is some 200gr load data for you.The velocity on the first load has a typo on the max velocity for Big Game powder.It should be 2601fps instead of 5601fps.

I'll stick with my 308 load with 52 gr of 760, 210m primers, and 175 lrx barns at 2900 fps. Does .128 groups at 100 yards, 5 shot groups. Factory Savage model 10 tactical, with a 26 in barrel.

The problem the OP had was the Hammers PDR groove profile. They don't build pressure like a normal bullet. One has to "hotrod" as viewed from traditional bullets. He should have used IMR 3031, to AA2520 types.
