I'm looking at putting a muzzle brake on my Tikka t3 Lite in 270 win, it's not so much about the recoil, but the crown or the rifle its wearing bow really bad.
Anybody uses this brake, and dose it work, and is there any other clamp on brakes for the tikka
Cheers..

1. Bolt on muzzle brakes will NOT cure a bad crown.

2. It WILL help with recoil.

Well I now have one and it's Sick!
It's going to do exactly what I want, protect the crown from farther damage I just put 3 rounds threw it and the recoil is considerably less, But now it's much louder from were I'm standing and the muzzle blast at your face is crazy =)
Hers a pic of what it looks like.
