Any western state offer otc deer tags?

Washington has otc deer tags not the best hunting but they are out there

Some areas in Mex-ilfornia you should be able to get a tag for. Hunting in hot weather mostly.

Not sure if deer is a must but OTC/left over antelope tags in Wyoming are usually available. Might check that out
