Any one know of any good elk ranches??

Looking for a place to hunt elk next summer. September or October in the south west. I am looking for a land owner permit and a large area of hunting ground. Does anybody know a good place to start or have any experiances with some ranches?? Ranches not farms

$$ is not important if under 6000 bucks.
