Any load data for 6.5 PRC and Winchester StaBALL 6.5 ball powder?

RL 26 is pretty lackluster with the 123 AH. These were my results

Thank you for that, that definitely saves me some effort as I was planning on loading some tomorrow night. The issue I'm running into is that I just don't seem to be getting the velocity I expected out of them.

Hornady and Nosler data both have the 123/125s doing 3300+ with RL26 and being an AH I was expecting to get 3400 or so but I can't seem to find a combo that will actually get there that doesn't involve ADG brass and hot loads.

No problem. I am also shooting a factory Mesa barrel and Nosler brass. I seemed to be seeing pressure before my friend with a Bergara with Hornady brass.

Reloader 23 did well with the 124 Hammer Hunter in my 6.5 SAUM. Also in my 6.5 x 284. Might be worth a try with the 124 Absolutes.

In looking at the burn rate chart in the Hornady 11th manual it shows way different rates than the Hodgdon one.

I used the pretty color coded one and that was why I decided on the Staball 6.5 as it was just below H100v. On your chart is is significantly different.

The 2020 color coded Hodgdon one is the one I typically use but the hornady one is vastly different for a bunch of the powders I use.

Did anyone here even venture into the 140g bullet world with StaBall? I've been shooting it for years in 6.5, but have run across a few forums with guys shooting lighter bullets with StaBall and great success.

Hammer bullets now has load data on their site for 6.5 PRC using 6.5 staball depending on bullet weight. I'm working up a load right now for the 124 HH. Its looking very promising, good velocity's.
