Where to get a Winchester FWT stock inlet for 2 piece bm for SA/WSM length action sporter channel? I'm getting a .270 WSM and would like to replace the laminate stock.

I got one off Ebay about 9 months ago. CDNN out of TX had a bunch on there, might try their site too. I ended up with about $120 in it, they were new.

Ebay seems a little high on prices, but there are some options already inlet for my barrel. I've made a couple of offers already. One seller is asking $350 for one with a messed up wood at front sling stud. $250 seems about the going rate and I'll have to open the barrel channel on most. If I'm going to have to go that route, I'll buy a Bansner or other light composite stock.

CDNN only has a Laminate option, but they sell you the adapter with it. Midwest Gun Works has a couple of 2 piece options (LWT and MC sporter) but they aren't what I want. Gunbroker didn't have much either.

I was hoping someone had a place I hadn't looked already. The rifle has a serviceable brown laminate stock on it already. So I'm not in a huge hurry to find one. I'd also prefer not to have to open the barrel channel if possible, as I'll have my stock guy do that work and it makes things expensive.

midwestgunparts.com has one piece feather weight stocks and stockystocks.com has 1 piece bottom metal. and midwest has light weight 2 piece stocks

Buying bottom metal would put me over $500 if I buy stainless to match the rifle and Midwest's FWT stock. I'm trying to stay under $200 all in. If it isn't possible I'll just rock the laminate and get a composite stock down the road.
