Any favorite downloaded 7mmWSM loads?

Does anyone have a favorite mild and economical load for 7mmWSM?
I have one with a 27", 1/9 twist short action. I have a screamer of an accurate load worked up with 143gr Hammer Hunters... but I want to work up a less expensive load for practice work, coyotes etc. Something along the lines of a middling 7-08.

I have an older 8 pound jug of 7828 that I'd like to put to use, and have low brass stretch and cheap cup&core bullets.

Any pointers?

I use 57.2 gr of H4831SC w/ a 140 SBT.
2725 fps

Do you notice less case trimming being necessary witg your reduced loads?
