Any body know where Berger is with the Elite hunters

Does any body have some insight as to when Berger 338 elite hunters may arive back on the market? A buddy of mine had a gift prize won at a shooting match that he sent in 4 months ago to Berger worth 3 boxes of choice , all he has recieved is a email saying that they will send it as soon as it is avalible. some of you fellas that are in the know may have insight.
