Great stories. I can see it in my mind's eye. Turbogoat hunting is definitely my favorite. Taking my wife and son to Wyoming to plug some goats in about a week and a half. I too like the meat, and if you drop it fast, dress it carefully and chill it quickly it tastes like fine venison. The roast is especially good first grilled over hot fire, then cooked in the crock pot with beef broth, red wine, worcestershire, a touch of chili, onions and garlic, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, and of course some butter to 'smooth' it.
