Another WA coyote

Taken earlier today, in Douglas County. The .25-06 is a crackerjack coyote rifle - as long as you're not interested in keeping the hide intact... Used a 115 grain Berger VLD loaded to about 3200 fps over Retumbo. Coyote was at 154 yards, shot offhand to clear the intervening brush. There's a rather large hole on the other side of the coyote...

That's a nice looking rifle. Truly, the pelt on that coyote is beautiful, what a shame it got a big exit hole. Offhand is very easy to miss it at 154 yards.
