Another scope question

So i have read alot of post and now I am just flat out confused and really done know what is the BEST choice. I have a 7mm, I am looking for a scope that has a low enough power that I can see a deer @ 50 yards and stay on it so i can fire say he were on the run. At the same time i would like to shoot out to the 700 yd range. I would really like to find something with a low power around 4 and a high well no less that 16. I know the importance of fov and understand that this is really the ultimate factor. I will be hunting whitetail with this gun. I would like to stay around 500 dollars and a turret for dialing in is a must.
