Another NZ Edge!

Looking good! I too have spikes on my bipod, not Gunworks, mates got a lathe! THEY ARE REALLY GOOD who ever makes them, youre not pushing the rifle away from yourself, if you "load up" on your bipod like I do.

Only time they have been a problem is when your using the bonnet as a shooting bench:rolleyes:

I bet you will be amping to shoot it, theyre great fun.

The scope and rings have finally turned up :)

NICE looking Edge!!! Please post target results and load data when you you can.

In the mean time HAVE FUN!!!!!!!

And thanks for the updates.

hey just saw ur bipod i saw these (or something similar) on trademe a while back are they any good i have my doubts on rock and scree maybe you've shot off both?

I have shot off most surfaces, they are fantastic on rock! The only thing that they aren't great on is really smooth surfaces (car bonnets etc) but they are defiantly no worse on these surfaces than the standard rubber feet.

Well we managed to get 10 rounds down the tube before the cleaning jag decided to snap :D..... don't ask!
Once we got it dialed in I managed to shoot a 3 shot group of 0.31".

Will need to get back to the range to confirm the true accuracy of this rifle but it seems that were off to a good start. (IMO not too bad for the first ever group shot out of the rifle)
Will do a ladder test once the break in is done, hopefully we can keep the groups down to .3"

It was not even a proper load, 82gr H1000 (at no specific length in relation to the lands) just to test and break the barrel in.

I haven't managed to get a weight yet, will do that tomorrow. but i have some better pictures for you guys. (still a bit noisey)
