Do you have the Hornady comparator have you done the sharpie test to find out where it is rubbing or is it the shoulders needing to be bumped back

I went out and measured a new factory case that works fine with a Hornady gage then measured one of my old cases with the same gage. There was a 005 difference so I bumped the old case back 005 and it worked fine. Live and learn.

Not a problem at all that's what we do here your post about a new barrel threw me off I've just posted on another site about a small base die but Rick had the correct diagnosis it turned out to be headspace
