I recommend you send the ones you've loaded, record performance and case dimensions. To unload and anneal requires removal of unfired primers, which is I'll advised in addition to potentially inflicting damage to loaded bullets, which will introduce an unmeasurable variable into rounds in which they are incorporated, IMO.

I have 12 loaded with different charges to ply with. Probably just going to try them out. But you think I should resize the other casings? There's somewhere around 30 I believe

For 12 would simply pull them and mark this up as a learning experience. As for the remaining annealed cases, definitely resize them before putting them together. Good luck with your reloads.

I have read and re-read the posts here. Not sure what some are saying. BUT do not anneal brass with live primers. You will be flurting with a possible disaster.
Only annealy brass with expended primers or no primers.
