Pretty neat, but the width looks to be too wide for most hunting rifles. What s the width and can it be obtained with a custom size width?

I suppose you could make any width you wanted but unfortunately, at this time I'm unable to fulfill custom orders. I've experimented with a few different sizes & this one can handle my wider varmint stock and my narrower hunting rifle works well in this rest. I'm just a small operation and cannot make something that will perfectly cradle all sizes of forearms at this time. Sorry.
