Here is something NOT as great, but better than spitting on your case necks and rubbing it off on your pants leg...
Buy some ORIGINAL Go-Jo (NOT the orange, pumice kind, but the original white creamy stuff that smells great) and clean your hands off with a liberal amount and wipe them off with a cloth rag or paper towel.
Save that rag/towel and clean your case necks off...it works!
