Hi everyone,

We've been receiving a lot of questions regarding our C2 action for builders. We'll break it down for you here.

Our C2 action is a Remington 700 footprint with a number of quirks to optimize the accuracy, reliability and structural integrity. You can use all 700 accessories between chassis', stocks & triggers. The optics design is made for Defiance anTi/Tenacity recoil pins for a sturdy, robust mount. These actions feature two of our patents: No-Fail CyclingTM & Bolt-to-Bore AlignmentTM to ensure functionality in all conditions and precise accuracy.

When designing this action we chose to change a number of characteristics to advance the nature of the 700 blueprint:
  • We created a solid contact bolt stop that puts zero stress on the pin holding it in (side)
  • Changed the TPI to 11/16"- 20 for solid contact with the barrel
  • Wire cut EDM raceways (full length)
    • This puts zero stress on the pre-hardened 416R stainless steel receiver
  • Dual, spring loaded stainless steel ejectors for reliable cycling
  • Integral recoil lug (.200")
  • Magazine well cut for extended Wyatt & AICS magazines
  • Spiral fluted bolt to reduce weight
    • Blued flutes
  • Nickel Boron coated bolt
  • Conical bolt lugs that are self-cleaning
  • 90o bolt throw
  • Skeletonized bolt handle with interchangeable knob (threaded)
  • Mini M-16 extractor
