Aftermarket BOSS system????

i have heard you can send in any make or model of rifle into browing and they can put a BOSS system on it. was wondering if you could have a gunsmith do it, or if it is even possible. would love to do it on my savage 338.

Years ago I installed these on 2 rifles. Easy and they work well as a tuner, not as good as the best muzzle brakes at reducing recoil but good enough for most needs.
