Advice on rings please

Thinking of a savage 10fcp in .338 LM. Possibly a Vortex scope. The Vortex rings seem pretty good. Any other suggestions?

I have a Remington Sendero with a Vortex Viper PST mounted on it. I used a Badger 20 MOA base with TPS steel low rings. If I had it all to do over again I would have gone with a cheaper base (possibly TPS). For the money TPS is hard to beat (I paid $77 for the pair).

I have a Vortex Viper PST 6-24x50 FFP EBR-1 MOA Reticle on each of my 2 Remington 700 Sendero 7mm STW

The set-up I use on each of them is like Joseph's post above. A 20 MOA EGW for the Picatinny rail and Burris 30 mm Tactical Rings. They seem to hold pretty well and with the 20 MOA rail I can dial it almost up to a mile if I want.
