As I said, if you're not sure about a custom reamer, then go for a Match Grade reamer, either throated for a target type VLD bullet or whatever your gunsmith recommends.
There is ABSOLUTELY nothing the WSM will do that a 7RM won't do and, the belt is NOT problem if you size your brass correctly and have your chamber cut PROPERLY with .220" headspace, no more and no less.
