I'm getting ready to order a new stock for a medium range whitetail rifle in .308. I will be using a Lawton LH 7000 action and a McMillan stock, probably a "Rem Classic".
I just can't decide which way to go, ADL or BDL. I have several other BDL stocks but don't really use the hinged plates much. I was thinking that an ADL set-up would be more durable and would have one less thing to get scratched and dinged up.
What do you guys think?
