Received a new batch of Adg 7saum brass and being the first time I've used Adg I stuck my bore scope down the necks to see what the flash hole looked like and to my surprise there is some metal flash on the side of the case near the base that worries me……all 50 in the single box I checked have this, haven't checked the other 5 boxes yet. Let me know if you think I got a bad batch or have any of you guys seen something like this before?

That's more than marks. Never seen it, None in mine. Not sure what the effects would or wouldn't be?

It's hard to tell but it appears it's slightly above the base , I'm thinking I want to cut one up so I can get a better look at it!!
Also I did go ahead and check all 6 boxes and they are all identical, Ian leaning towards a punch in the punch press is coming on at an angle and gouging the case wall on its way in. I'll shoot an email to Adg and see what they say also
So I cut one and it's a dent, is the best way to describe it, took a picture with my phone but it's hard to see. I am going to load them and shoot them, I don't see a safety problem in any way but my ocd is going to hate knowing it's there and not perfect

I would doubt this would cause any issues at all. Shoot them.
Finally got home and got a couple better images in case anyone is interested, long story short the radius from inside of base to case wall has a flat spot that looks like a punch hit , probably exactly like quietTexan said! Definitely easier to see after I cut the base off the case
