Accurate powder (Western Powder) has a really good PDF Manual on their website. They even list separate data for 223 from 556.

BTW IMR 4451 is the almost identical powder to H4350

IMR 4166 is the Varget counterpart.

I looked at the PDF and there is load data for the 308 with Accurate 4064. I'm concerned I'll get compressed loads and won't get good velocity but will load some up and find out.

You should get good velocities. Compressed loads aren't generally an issue. The only problem I've ever had was with bullets backing out. Since I didn't want to crimp I switched from WW brass to Remington and it cured the problem.

Shoot loads with 3 cartridges in the magazine. After the first shot add another, so on and so forth. Then compare the ogive measurements for the bottom 3. You'll know right away if you have a problem.

Privy Partizan is the thickest at the neck that I've found. They actually make good brass (IMHO).
