Absolute Hammer load data

Back from my high country deer hunt. Didn't find the monster I was dreaming of but found a decent enough deer. Was a great hunt. This guy ran in to 40 yards of me and I couldn't resist.
172gr AH from my 7mag. Impact velocity not far from my mv of 3,115.
impact point of front shoulder, exit mid rib. I'm shocked the deer ran the 30 yards he did, more stumbling downhill then rolling and sliding. When we skinned the front shoulder there was a 4" piece of lung hanging out the hole. These bullets are nothing short of devastating. I'm super impressed.

It was just a typo, the 123 SH that was in the db was supposed to be 123 AH. They gave me the directions to fix and all is now right. Quickload support is awesome. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than a few business hours, or even evening hours sometimes, for a response. Now to compare QL with real world data and see how close it is, not that it matters as real world wins, but I'm curious.
Well, if I adjust my IMR 4166 BA factor up by 13.8% in Quickload, it puts me right at my actual speed, on all shots recorded. That is a bit more adjustment than they recommend so there is likely other factors, but that is the easiest to adjust for. Either way, I was likely over pressure, even with my starting load of 39.5 gr of 4166. I think I'll start over at 37.0-39.0.

Ok guys finished up my powder charge test today. Supper impressed with how this is shooting and no other load development other then this. Think I'll stick to 55.5 grn load and load up some more to shoot them for a group tomorrow. First pic is the target I reused to shoot the final string of H4350. They are a week apart, two range visits. Second is the results, All testing was done starting with a fouled bore of 6 shots and no cleaning in between.

A new 6mm Creed and a box of 87 gr. Absolute Hammer's have found their way into my stable. I'm not exactly sure yet what to think, but following is my load data from the first couple of tests. (For the record, Hornady 103 gr. factory loads used for break-in averaged 2951 FPS. All loads are 3 shot average, and in every example the ES for the 3 rounds was under 20 FPS.)

6mm Creed w/87 grain Absolute Hammer
Rifle: 22" carbon barrel AllTerra Mt. Shadow (1-7.5 twist)
Brass: Nosler (new w/neck tension .003 (no crimp)
Primer: Federal 210
COAL: 2.738

Powder: IMR 4166
39.0 gr @ 3150 FPS
40.0 gr. @ 3252 FPS
41.0 gr @ 3350 FPS (slight ejector mark)
42.0 gr @ 3447 FPS (Heavy Bolt Lift, and serious ejector marks.) (Pulled the reminder of loads.)
Accuracy was outstanding with all of the above. Was a little surprised to find pressure so quickly.

Powder: Winchester Staball 6.5
((all other details same as above))
45.0 gr. @ 3151 FPS
46.0 gr. @ 3232 FPS
46.5 gr. @ 3304 FPS
47.0 gr. @ 3332 FPS
47.5 gr. @ 3401 FPS (very slight ejector mark)
48.0 gr @ 3410 FPS ( slight ejector mark, but group opened up to nearly 1", while all others were easily under 1/2". (All at 100 yds., with MagnetoSpeed attached.)

I finally have a successful load to share. all info should be on the image. Looks like Quickload nailed it on the hammer profiles.
I know I could go another .2-.4 grains and be kissing 3000fps.

That's a nice buck in my book. Congrats! Those bullets performed well.

Just got some Hammer Hunters. Pretty new to hunting so looking forward to using this year.

Here's what I ended up with:
152gr HH
.308 Win. 22" 1-12" twist.
46 gr. Shooters World tactical rifle.
2.268" CBTO
federal 210M primers.
2900fps just under 3/4 MOA

Not bad for a $300 rifle. Thompson center compass
