Absolute Hammer load data

That is THE top load, works good in cold/cooler weather, but NO NO in hot. Stiff bolt lift, and have to wack the bolt with hand to extract fired case.......

I’m unable to open your link. I’d also be curious how fast you’ve got it going. My friend has a 25 STW.

Mine is built on the Savage 110 action with a Shelien 28" match grade bbl .705 at the muzzle. As you know ALL rifles are one in their own, so when doing loads Start low and work it up. Gonna try the 75gr Hammer Hunter and the 67gr Shock Hammer soon to see what they do.....

That load is with 81grs of 7828ssc.....

I think that 90 gr is a good all around bullet for the quarter bore , in a lot of different cartridges, it sure works well, in my 1/8 twist 25/284.

Velocity is all over the place with RE15, except at 51.5-52.0 gr. Interesting.

Agree. It was surprising since it was pretty consistent with the 75AH.

With AH bullets do you really need to find a whole new powder or can one just go down to the next bullet weight in the book? Specifically looking at 7mm 140gr, should i just use data for the 120gr bullets in the book and work up? Thanks.

Have you looked at the data from Hammer that is available from Hammer shooters/loaders/hunters that are posted on the Hammer forum? Wealth of experience and information posted. Absolutes are different from Hunters.
